Spacecraft: Other:
Stardust Space Probe

Summary:The Stardust space probe.
Description:The Stardust Probe was an American interplanetary spacecraft, whose primary purpose was to investigate the makeup of the comet Wild 2 and its coma. The spacecraft was launched on February 7, 1999, traveled nearly 3 billion miles, and returned to Earth on January 15, 2006 to release a sample material capsule. It is the first sample return mission to collect cosmic dust and then return the sample to the Earth. Please note that there is NO model included with this file. Selden has included an SSC file for the Stardust Probe which describes the model as a CMOD. If you don't have a Stardust CMOD model, then this add-on will not do you much good.
