| Description: | This package contains 1K texture maps for the surface of Janus, the Limit of Knowledge (LOK), topographical data and a model. Please note that installation instructions have been included with the package in Jens' install_janus.txt file. The instructions will add these textures as alternate surface textures. If you wish to use the Surface Map permanently, copy the JPG to your Celestia\textures\medres directory, and then modify your solarsys.ssc file to point to the new texture. Jens has also included a 3DS model for use in representing this moon. |

I'd love to use it but on my Celestia 16 on Linux Mint it won't work at all :( I followed all instructions precisely! Can anyone help out?
