Fictional: Solar Systems, Planets, etc.:
82 Eridani - Upbringer Universe

Summary:The 82 Eridani system for the Upbringer hard science fiction project.
Description:This add-on contains 10 fictional exoplanets orbiting the real star 82 Eridani. The 4th planet, Tiamat, is an Earth-like world covered in a vast and diverse alien ecosystem. It is also the site of relatively recent human colonization with relativistic rockets. The human societies on Tiamat are completely isolated from Earth, and must learn to adapt and survive on an alien world on their own. The biology on Tiamat is more advanced than that of Earth's, having had almost an additional 1.5 billion years of evolutionary potential over Earth-life.

This is a great add-on! It is very realistic; the planets are arranged in a reasonable fashion considering their masses. Also, this is one of the only add-on that pays attention to the fact that if a planet has numerous large moons, they have to have a large amount of seperation to avoid gravitational perturbations.

The textures are beautiful, although recognizable, and I would very much like to hear about the storyline for the novel you mentioned in the description. :)

This is an excellent add-on. Beautifully made and very interesting to explore.

I'd actually like to know more about the reasoning behind its creation.

One of the top Celestia add-ons in my book.

This is a very realistic and well...awesome system! I can tell you out alot of time into this and The cloud map and Anu's rings were easily fixed myself so their not that much of a problem. I also like how the names of the planets are from the actual mythology.

Oops! The file I use references the VT Earth clouds I have...I completely forgot about that! I'll be sure to fix that ASAP. Which is just as well, I suppose, because Tiamat's moons are out-of-date.

There is a mistake in ssc file for tiamat clouds.
The name is false, we must update the file to be allright.
Replace the line "CloudMap "cloudvt.*" by CloudMap "Tiamat-clouds.*"
