Simon: This planet uploaded in 2007, when ArcBuilders Universe was active. This add-on was supposed to enrich with new planets and spacecrafts. However ArcBuilders is now off-line, so the link is broken and the add-on un-updated. I have no idea when/if will be back on-line.
